All purchased modules or courses can be accessed via your user DASHBOARD. The dashboard can be accessed by clicking on “My Account” located on the top right of the screen.
If you cancel your monthly subscription during your monthly cycle, your access remains active until the end of the billing period when it’s cancelled automatically and not renewed.
If you cancel your annual subscription during your annual cycle, your access remains active until the end of the billing period when it’s cancelled automatically and not renewed.
Apart from being able to purchase our modules or courses at a discounted price, subscribing to the Matrix Portal gives you access to a much larger catalogue of courses compared to Pay-As-You-Go catalogue.
If you cannot access any of your purchased modules or courses, please email us at support@jarmatrix.com, or alternatively, use “Contact Us” form to get in touch. Please provide as much information as you can to enable us to investigate prior to providing a response. We will endeavour to respond to you within 2 working days of your request, however, depending on the complexity of the query, it may take longer. We will let you know if there will be a delay.
All PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) modules and courses are available to you as a subscribed user. In fact, as a Subscribed user, you can purchase the courses at a discounted price.
