All purchased courses can be accessed via your user DASHBOARD. The dashboard can be accessed by clicking on “My Account” located on the top right of the screen.
If you cancel your monthly subscription during your monthly cycle, your access remains active until the end of the billing period when it’s cancelled automatically and not renewed.
If you cancel your annual subscription during your annual cycle, your access remains active until the end of the billing period when it’s cancelled automatically and not renewed.
Matrix Elite gives you access to a large catalogue of courses.
You can also access some BONUS courses which are not available for sale in Flexi Access.
If you cannot access any of your purchased courses, please email us at admin@jarmatrix.com, or alternatively, use “Contact Us” form to get in touch. Please provide as much information as you can to enable us to investigate prior to providing a response. We will endeavour to respond to you within 2 working days of your request, however, depending on the complexity of the query, it may take longer. We will let you know if there will be a delay.
No. Subscription is not necessary to access courses.
Flexi Access course subscription may be payable for courses not finished in the allocated time frame.
